WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for purchasing our product. We give our BEAR products warranty for 1 year period effect from the date of purchase and subject to terms and conditions below :
1) This warranty is only valid if it has been only stamped by the seller and in particular if the date of purchase is clearly indicated.
2) No charge will be made for parts and labor involved and this warranty only covers manufacturing defects, but the shipping fee (to send the item back to fix) shall be paid by the customer.
3) This warranty card is valid within Malaysia only.
The warranty does not cover damage from:
1) Defect by the attack of household pest, lightning, and natural disaster.
2) Product damage due to altered or repaired by unauthorized person or accident.
3) Product being damaged due to commercially used.
4) Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (Product Accessories).
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. BEAR Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
